SAU and UBL Launch Wheat Seed Sowing Ceremony to Strengthen Seed Quality.Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam, in partnership with United Bank Limited (UBL), has launched an experimental wheat seed sowing project, marking another milestone in their collaborative efforts to enhance agricultural productivity and seed quality for Sindh’s farmers. This initiative is part of a larger project titled Research Project for Developing Improved Varieties of Cotton and Wheat Seeds, which aims to provide certified, high-yield wheat and cotton seeds that are resilient to climate stressors.
5th Latif Literature and Music Festival Celebrates Sindh's Cultural Legacy. The 5th Latif Literature and Music Festival, organized by the Siraj Institute of Sindh Studies in collaboration with Sindh Agriculture University (SAU), was held in the university's main auditorium, uniting literary and cultural enthusiasts from across Sindh. The opening ceremony began with the soulful melodies of Bhitai’s traditional music, setting a reflective atmosphere for the event. Eminent writer Taj Joyo emphasized the collaborative efforts of Siraj and Shabbir Kumbhar in the development of the Indus script of Mohenjo-Daro.
