   • Major Outcomes of Project:
     • Data analysis was done and a working paper was wrote & published
2. Project title: Sustainable livelihoods and tourism: A case study of Keenjhar lake
   • Project period: 2008-2009
   • Project grantee: Prof. Dr. Tahmina Mangan, Department of Agricultural Economics, SAU Tandojam
   • Project funding: South Asian Network for Development and Environmental Economics (SANDEE), Kathmandu, Nepal.
   • Collaboration: SANDEE
   • Major Outcomes of Project:
     • Presented findings before researchers & other stakeholders in the dissemination workshop at SAU Tandojam
     • Presented research paper in 2014 in conference of Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) at Islamabad.
     • Research Paper is published in “Pakistan Development Review”, Islamabad Vol.54,2015 under the title of “Impact of Nature-based Tourism on Local Livelihoods: Evidence from Keenjhar Lake in Pakistan”
3. Project title: Social Research Project
   • Project period: 2011-2015
   • Project grantee: Prof. Dr. Tahmina Mangan, Department of Agricultural Economics, SAU Tandojam
   • Project funding: Project of Australia Pakistan Agriculture Sector Linkages Program-2 (ASLP2), funded by ACIAR- Australian Government.
   • Collaboration: University of Canberra, Australia
   • Major Outcomes of Project:
     • Using Action Research Method & Involving Whole Family Approach established various successful research models of rural development of Sindh province of Pakistan:
       • Community Service Center (CSC)
       • Female Entrepreneurship Center (FEC)
       • Models were developed in two districts of Sindh Province of Pakistan.
     • Capacity building trainings of male, female and youth of research sites conducted
     • For dissemination of research results with policy makers, researchers and academicians and civil society various seminars & workshops were organized in research sites of project.
     • Leading newspapers including DAWN and local language newspapers published news of research conducted under the project.
     • Different articles written by Dr. Tehmina Mangan in leading newspapers including DAWN:
       • Entrepreneurship extension
       • services for rural females
       • Mobile Phone Agriculture Extension Services Models
4. Project title: Cost benefit analysis of adaptation of disease management at SMGE farms in Sindh province of Pakistan

5. Project title: Preparation and marketing of mango products by women of Hot Khan Laghari and catchment area
   • Project period: 2014-2015
   • Project grantee: Prof. Dr. Tahmina Mangan, Department of Agricultural Economics, SAU Tandojam
   • Project funding: Funded by ACIAR- Australian Government.
   • Collaboration: University of Queensland, Australia
   • Major outcomes: Capacity building of focal villages females regarding mango value added products and other income generating activities for females & linked those activities with Female Entrepreneurship Centers (FEC) and Community Service Centers (CSC) of focal villages in order to see impact of those trainings on women empowerment in rural areas.
   • Dissemination workshops: Disseminated outcomes to policy makers & researchers by involving the local community of the research sites of project areas in Mirpurkhas Sindh
6. Project title: Economic assessment of rural women’s participation in processing and marketing of mango value added products in Hot Khan Laghari, Sindh
