Procedure for submission of Examination form:

– Download the form in MS Word
– Fill and sign the form
– Send the soft copy of the filled form and scanned copy of Bank Demand Draft / Challan in email to : [email protected]
– Send printed form with Bank Demand Draft (original) / Challan in the office of Controller of Examination in person or through courier.

Attention (Examination Form for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs)

Those students who could not submit their online form (due to one or other reason), they are advised to follow the following procedure for submission of the examination form:

Fees can be submitted in HBL Branches accross the country.

Attention

Important Note

  1. Students are required to apply one time in case want to appear in both exams i.e. Regular and Supplementary.
  2. Select “Both” while Filling Online Exam Forms for both exams.
  3. Mention fail subjects (Course Code) in the list after Course Codes (Theory and practical) of regular exam.

Submission of Exam Fees

  1. Students of postgraduate degree programs (M.Sc./MS/M.E/MSIT/MPhil/PhD) are required to submit fees for either type exams i.e. Regular or Supplementary.
  2. Students of undergraduate degree programs (B.Sc./B.E/BSIT/DVM) are required to submit fees for Supplementary Examinations. For regular examinations do not deposit fees. Examinations fees are already received with admission fees.
  3. Students of undergraduate degree programs (B.Sc./B.E/BSIT/DVM) applying for both exams (Regular and Supplementary) are required to pay fees of the supplementary examination.
